Ignoring personal feelings in the work place a big mistake?
It depends on the feelings. If someone is disrespecting you on a frequent basis, then ignoring it only makes it worst. It could lead to an unexpected confrontation, heated argument, or worst. If you have an issue with someone, deal with it early on before it gets out of hand. You should pull the person to the side before or after work separately and express to the person how you feel and come to an agreement. If it's something so small and petty, ignore it.
